Join ENA in the nation’s capital on April 29-30 for Day on the Hill, ENA’s premier advocacy event. This two-day program empowers members to:

• Explore ENA’s federal legislative priorities
• Practice and apply advocacy strategies for meeting with Congress
• Connect with fellow nurse leaders and advocates
• Champion policies that support emergency nurses’ lifesaving work

Room Rate Deadline: April 7

*Hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and based on availability at time of booking. After the April 7 deadline, ENA cannot guarantee discounted rates nor availability at the host hotel. 

Reference the “Emergency Nurses Association Day on the Hill event” to take advantage of discounts. Attendees must cancel rooms prior to 72 hours of arrival date to avoid penalty of one night room charge plus taxes and fees.

ENA reserves the right to modify, cancel or reschedule all activities associated with this event due to unforeseen circumstances and registrants will be notified. These policies apply to all registration types including guest registrations.

Cancelation Policy
You may cancel your registration without cause by contacting your state president who registered you on or before April 27. If you know you cannot attend, please cancel as soon as possible, so that another ENA member may have a chance to attend.

Day on the Hill 2025: Code of Conduct
ENA invites you to join Day on the Hill 2025 in a spirit of inclusivity, friendliness, open-mindedness, and respect.

By attending Day on the Hill 2025, you agree to:

• Communicate openly and thoughtfully toward your fellow participants.
• Be considerate of the multitude of views and opinions that are different than your own.
• Treat everyone with respect and consideration.
• Be respectful, mindful and generative in your critique of ideas.
• Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants.

ENA prohibits discrimination, harassment and bullying against any person for any reason.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Any verbal, written or physical conduct designed to threaten, intimidate or coerce another delegate, conference organizers or staff.
• Verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, staff member, service provider or other meeting guest.
• Comments that are offensive or unwelcome regarding a person's nationality, origin, race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, body, disability or appearance, including epithets, slurs and negative stereotyping.
• Nonverbal harassment including disrespectful disruption of presentations, distribution, display, or discussion of any written or graphic material that ridicules, denigrates, insults, belittles or shows hostility, aversion, or disrespect toward an individual or group because of national origin, race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, appearance, disability, sexual identity, marital or other protected status.
