You have enough to do—let AutoRenew work for you. Learn more about how automatic renewal lets you skip the reminders and make your membership renewal a breeze.

What is AutoRenew?

AutoRenew allows your membership to renew automatically, eliminating paper statements. You can maintain uninterrupted access to member benefits and will receive reminders ahead of being charged for your annual dues.

You can choose to set up your automatic membership renewal to pay in full or pay by installments.

By enrolling, you authorize ENA to charge your credit card on file for your membership dues once each year. Please read the Terms and Conditions for more information.

Who can sign up for AutoRenew?

Members who are joining or renewing with a current national, international, military, senior, or affiliate 1-year membership package.

Multi-year memberships, lifetime memberships, and other conditional memberships such as students are not eligible for enrollment.

When and how will I be charged?

Your ENA membership will automatically renew on the first of the month following your membership expiration date. ENA will charge the authorized debit or credit card that is securely stored in your membership profile. This card can be updated at any time before your membership expiration date. You can cancel enrollment in the AutoRenew program up until the day before your membership expiration date.

Your charges depend on whether you decided to pay in full or with quarterly installment payments. Full payments will be charged on the first day of the month following your membership expiration date. Quarterly installment payments will be charged based on the installment schedule provided at enrollment and via email.

Notice will be provided of any dues rate changes. Membership surcharges may apply in some states and are subject to change.

Will I be notified?

Yes. ENA will send two email notifications as reminders of upcoming automatic renewal charges.

All notifications and business communications related to automatic membership renewal will be sent to the primary email address associated with your membership account. Please ensure your primary email address is correct. Review Terms and Conditions for details on modification and cancellation.

What if my card is no longer valid?

You can manage your payment information in your membership profile under “My Scheduled Payments.” Should the card on file be declined, or other issues arise with your renewal, you will be notified by email. ENA will attempt to process the charge up to three times and will notify you via email of the success or failure of those attempts.

If the card on file is not updated in time to automatically renew your membership, your enrollment in the AutoRenew program will be canceled. To continue your membership, you will need to manually renew online. During your renewal process you will have the chance to re-enroll in the AutoRenew program with a new payment method.

Will my dues ever change?

Certain ENA membership packages and terms have different pricing. If your eligibility for a package changes it will be reflected in your AutoRenew notification or through direct communication.

Membership dues may vary by state and are subject to change. Notice of dues rate changes will be provided.

With consideration to scheduled charge processes, ENA may not be able to cancel enrollment in the program but will honor refund requests after the card is charged in extenuating circumstances.
