This tailored pathway includes educational content focused on what is required to be an effective emergency department leader, how to manage the emergency department team, financial and budgeting concepts, leadership communication skills, maintaining staff resiliency and mental health, and handling uncertainty and solving problems.
What's included: The ED Nurse Leadership Pathway includes mentorship, ENA membership and 12 educational offerings. Learners can earn up to 11.25 accredited continuing education hours covering three primary content categories including HR management, professional and operations.
