Council Achievement Award Application

Council Achievement Award Resources

The 2025 (for 2024 activities) application has been streamlined.

Per resolution GA24-02 Review, Revise and Rename the State Achievement Award, the word "state" was removed from the application to make it more inclusive of international councils, the number of required examples were reduced and some redundant or unnecessary questions were removed.

No new questions have been added. The questions that remain are the same as in previous applications.
