LeadershipConference

Welcome to ENA Leadership Conference 2025, taking place in Louisville, Kentucky. Leadership Conference is where ENA's member leaders from all levels embark on a transformative journey to enhance their leadership skills and build the pathway for the association's extended impact.

What's New

New Approach

ENA is evolving the event to meet the growing demand for leadership education and the cultivation of vital talents among nurse leaders in the ED. Now, all attendees are encouraged to explore all sessions. Though there will be some role-specific education, council and chapter leaders can sit in the ED Leaders sessions and vice versa.

State/Chapter Leaders Sessions

All ENA members are encouraged to attend regardless of holding an ENA leadership position. These sessions will include content for 2025 officers and ENA members interested in pursuing a council or chapter leadership role.

Sessions for council and chapter leaders will cover the roles and responsibilities of the president, president-elect, secretary, treasurer, secretary/treasurer, membership chair, government relations chair and TNCC chair listed in the State Council/Chapter Management portal. Learn key strategies of membership retention, marketing and fundraising for your state or chapter.

*ENA Leadership Conference 2025 sessions will be content-captured for registrants to view after the event. Please note that education is subject to change.

ED LEADERS Sessions

ENA is excited to continue to evolve the ED Leaders education. These sessions are designed to strengthen the knowledge foundation and improve the problem-solving and implementation skills of a cohort of ENA's dedicated nurse leaders. Learn best practices in areas including knowledge of health care environment, professionalism and leadership, communication and relationship building, and business skills management.
