On Monday, ENA issued the following statement related to the Supreme Court's decision to end a ban on firearm bump stock accessories.
“Friday’s Supreme Court decision relating to the legality of bump stock accessories is disheartening for ENA and its interest in seeing a reduction in the frequency and severity of firearms injuries and deaths. As it did in a letter to Congress in 2022, ENA continues to call for a ban on the possession or sale of bump stocks as part of the association’s larger call to ban assault weapons.” - ENA President Chris Dellinger
