ENA recognizes that emergency nursing is not one size fits all and that the path from a student to an experienced ED leader is a journey. ENA is your partner to help you plan and for and become the leader you want to be.

ED Nurse Leadership Pathway
The ED Nurse Leadership Pathway is designed to ensure emergency nurses who have recently moved into leadership roles or are striving to enter leadership roles have the education and training to lead emergency departments confidently and effectively.

This tailored pathway includes educational content focused on what is required to be an effective emergency department leader, how to manage the emergency department team, financial and budgeting concepts, leadership communication skills, maintaining staff resiliency and mental health, and handling uncertainty and solving problems. 

What's included: The ED Nurse Leadership Pathway includes mentorship, ENA membership and 12 educational offerings. Learners can earn up to 11.25 accredited continuing education hours covering three primary content categories including HR management, professional and operations.
Pricing:

  • ENA Members - $150
  • Nonmember - $250 (includes a one-year ENA membership)
