Trauma Nursing Advanced Course (TNAC)
TNAC Will be Available in 2025
The Trauma Nursing Advanced Course provides advanced trauma education focusing on in-depth pathophysiology associated with injury, anatomy and physiology, and the assessment and management of complex trauma patients.
TNAC also focuses on the critical thinking and decision-making required to enhance care for the trauma patient and optimize the likelihood of improved patient outcomes.
Successful completion of all course requirements, including the online examination and in-person scenario testing, results in a four-year verification.
TNAC is a blended activity with self-paced online modules that are followed by live classroom sessions and an in-person simulation experience with both teaching and testing scenarios.
