| Going Online-Emergency Nursing Orientation Online Course

The new ENA Emergency Nursing Orientation Online Course debuting this spring was developed in partnership between ENA and Mosby/MC Strategies to provide an innovative learning tool for members that incorporates flexible and Web-based education. The online course is based on the emergency nursing reference, Sheehy’s Emergency Nursing: Principles and Practice, Fifth Edition. New features include:
- Self-paced, interactive activities, offering self-check with feedback regarding correct and incorrect responses.
- Online access to reading assignments.
- Customization materials to reflect the participants’ strengths or weaknesses.
- More clinical time stressed for participants with preceptors to review and discuss their facility.

| Call for 2007 Proposed Bylaw Amendments and Resolutions—Deadline April 6, 2007

| The 2007 ENA General Assembly will meet September 26-27, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Proposed bylaw amendments and resolutions must be submitted to Kari Zick, Resolutions Committee staff liaison, via e-mail at kzick@ena.org by April 6, 2007. Please visit the ENA Web site at www.ena.org to obtain the Primer on Writing and Presenting Resolutions and Bylaw Changes. | Attention All Injury Prevention EICs, Instructors and Providers—Online Reporting

| Beginning April 1, 2007, all reporting will convert to an online format. Online reporting with all data going into one central location will provide states with up-to-the-minute information on Injury Prevention training activities at any time during the year. Stay tuned for more detailed information. |

| ENA Elections Coming Soon—Cast Your Ballots

Many members will take advantage of online voting for the 2007 election. It's fast; it's easy; and it saves printing and postage costs. Only those members with dues paid before May 1, 2007, will receive a ballot. Make sure your dues are paid, and if you want to vote electronically, make sure your e-mail address on record is current. Members without e-mail information will receive paper ballots. |
