Abdominal Emergencies—Topics include:

  • Abdominal assessments
  • Medical, surgical, and traumatic injuries of the abdomen
  • Abdominal injuries specific to males
  • Abdominal injuries specific to females

Gynecological and Obstetrical Emergencies—Topics include:

  • Bleeding in both early and late pregnancy
  • Assessment of the pregnant patient
  • Complications encountered in the pregnant patient
  • Precipitous delivery and post-delivery care
