1. Log-on to www.innovativetvl.com/ena/index.aspx .Click Quick Search.
2. Complete the Round Trip Search Criteria section.
3. Proceed to Search Options, make sure to check both Non-stop Flights Preferred and Perform a Focus Search. Having these checked will allow a more accurate and precise search.
4. Click Start Search. The airline search engine will begin and a list of flight times, prices will be displayed for your review.
5. Once your search has been completed and you have chosen your flight package, click Book, then follow the prompted instructions.
6. Proceed to Add Unlisted Traveler click and input your name (last name, first name) in the box that will appear then click okay.
7. Proceed to payment options: Please keep Other checked and under payment instructions:
   1. If you are an attendee – type your credit card information for payment.
   2. If you are ENA’s faculty, committee/workgroup member or a vendor – type “ENA is Paying”.
8. Under special notes please include your preferred seating i.e., aisle, window, etc., or any other special instructions that will help the travel agent when assigning your seat assignment.
9. Review your flight information and special instructions, click submit.
10. Once your request has been submitted you can view and print a copy of your itinerary: Click trip planner to the left of the screen and click Unconfirmed Trips.
11. Click the eyeglasses Icon and your flight information will appear. Print this screen for your records. Your airline booking process is now done, exit the website portal.
12. An email will be sent by Innovative Travel confirming your travel itinerary.

This new web-based service will have access to all flight schedules, even those internet fares previously unavailable to travel agencies. The service fee for on-line ticketing is $10.00 versus booking with an agent directly the charge is $20.00 per ticket; therefore we strongly encourage them to use the online booking tool.
