Important Information About Your Housing Reservation
All reservations must be guaranteed with a payment equal to one night's hotel rate, plus 4.712% sales tax and 7.25% transient accommodation tax (subject to change without notice). Checks and major credit cards are accepted for deposits. Rates noted are for single or double occupancy.

NOTE: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual reservation. Personal check, money orders or a valid AMEX, VS, MC or DC card number and expiration date are acceptable. If canceling a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least two working days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.
